PROTEUS

The PROTEUS is a helical spring cultivator from MATRİS (ÜNLÜ Agrigroup), designed for optimal medium-depth tillage. The helical spring tines ensure even crumbling and effectively cut through crop residues and weed roots.

Areas of Application

• Removes weeds from the field
• Levels the field surface
• Works easily in very weedy areas
• Works comfortably in fields with deep ruts
• Also used for stubble plowing and fallowing
• Light cultivators are also used in seedbed preparation
• Used both independently and (usually) in combination with a roller

Advantages

• Loosens and cultivates the soil by tearing without turning
• Breaks large clods
• Creates a loose soil structure at 20-25 cm depth
• Increases water infiltration (improves water permeability)
