The HBA-1VK is a mobile hoof trimming and treatment chute for cattle, designed for the safe and efficient performance of hoof care, cleaning, and various treatments in the barn. The animal is supported at the front and rear with belly bands, allowing work to be carried out in a controlled and safe manner. The chute is equipped with 2 electric winches. The rear winch can be used to lift the hind legs; the front winch can be used to support the animal at the chest or to fix the front legs. The neck and head gate mechanism is rope-operated. For added safety, a locking gear and safety chains are present. The distinctive advantage of the HBA-1VK is the integrated scale, which can also be used to determine the animal's weight while working. The scale is suitable for dynamic weighing of live animals and moving loads, has memory for 100 weighings, and has a maximum capacity of 1500 kg. The floor is made of hot-dip galvanized anti-slip checker plate. If desired, the floor can optionally be fitted with a rubber mat.
