Mobile Hoof Trimming Crush on Trailer with 2 Electric Winches (HBA-1TV)

The HBA-1TV is a mobile hoof trimming and treatment chute on a trailer, which can be transported by vehicle via a tow hitch to the desired location. The chute is designed for cattle and is particularly suitable for hoof care and care/treatment procedures such as artificial insemination (AI). For safe transport, the trailer is equipped with signal lighting. This version has 2 integrated electric winches. The rear winch can be used to lift the hind legs; the front winch can be used to support the animal at the chest or to secure the front legs. This makes work faster and easier. In the event of a power failure or when no power is available on site, work can continue with the mechanical lifting arms. The floor is made of anti-slip checker plate. The neck/head gate mechanism is rope-operated. For extra safety, there is a locking gear and safety chains: the gear prevents slipping back and the chains are fitted with a protective cover.
