Mechanical Hoof Trimming Crush - Treatment Box (Hba-1)

The HBA-1 is a mechanical, mobile hoof trimming crush / treatment crush for cattle, intended for the safe performance of hoof care, cleaning, and various treatments. The animal is supported (suspended) at the front and back with belly bands, allowing work to be carried out in a controlled and safe manner. The crush is mobile within the stable, has a non-slip floor (chequer plate/perforated sheet) and a neck/catch mechanism that is rope-operated. The front leg supports are made of oak. For safety, there is a locking gear and safety chains: the gear prevents slipping backward and the chains are equipped with a protective cover. The mechanical lifting system helps lift the animal so that the front and hind legs can be treated properly.
